About Canvasdale
Canvasdale helps UK families, couples and first-timers camp with the right kit, not the most kit. Our guides and calculators turn the details of your trip, who's coming, where and when, into kit decisions: which tent, which sleeping bag, how much gas, and what to pack.
What we do
- Calculators that show their sum and let you change every figure.
- Guides written for people who camp a few weekends a year.
- Kit guides based on makers' published specs. We don't test or rate products.
- The rules on wild camping and fires, explained and linked to the official pages.
Who we are
Everything here is written by the Canvasdale team. We don't put personal names on pages.
